Reiki, Rest & Reset
A gentle online Reiki experience to rest, reset and receive.
Service Description
Take an hour just for you. Reiki Rest & Reset is a gentle online healing experience created to help you slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself. From the comfort of your own space, you'll be guided into relaxation before receiving Reiki healing energy, allowing your body and mind the opportunity to rest, reset and simply receive. You don't need any previous experience of Reiki — just a quiet, comfortable space and an open heart and mind. ✨
