1:1 Personal Healing Session
These sessions offer a gentle, safe space to support you through grief, anxiety, menopause, emotional heaviness, trauma, or simply a desire for deeper spiritual connection.
Reiki encourages calm, clarity, and emotional release. Most people notice shifts within 3–5 sessions, though everyone’s journey is unique.

If you’re seeking Reiki primarily for pain management or want something lighter and less structured, we can create a gentler approach. Pain-relief-focused meditation and healing sessions are available, and I’m happy to tailor your experience.
New Client Programme
First Session — £120
A comprehensive 90-minute intake session, including pre-work where I connect with my spirit guide to understand which chakras may need support.
Your first session includes:
○ Chakra review
○ Coaching and guidance
○ Grounding
○ Guided meditation
○ Crystal healing
○ Reiki healing
○ Follow-up email + aftercare support
This full intake session is only needed once.
Ongoing Sessions
60 minutes — £60
50 minutes — £50
40 minutes — £40
30 minutes — £30
After your first appointment, the next sessions focus on guided meditation and Reiki healing.
Depending on your needs, sessions may also include sound therapy (drumming or crystal quartz pyramid). When aligned, we may explore deeper work such as nervous system release,
inner child healing, or psychic surgery—always explained clearly beforehand.
Shorter sessions can be very effective, as we begin with meditation and move straight into healing.
